Indian Beach is a small and clean family beach with just enough to do to have fun, but not enough to be crowded. It is conveniently located within 15 minutes of both Morehead City and historic Beaufort. The Complex offers an Outdoor Swimming Pool, a Sauna, Outdoor Grills and Showers, Elevators (with Ramp Access) and 2 Parking Spaces per Condo.

Colony By The Sea 101 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo. The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV. Dining Area and Kitchen/bar area has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Private Bath and Television. Bedroom #2 has a Double/Twin Bunk. An additional full bath.


Unit Amenities include: a Washer and Dryer and Elevator in complex, Blender and coffee maker in fully equipped kitchen.


Linens and Towels Provided (Weekly stays only)


No Smoking. No Pets.


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay, off-season only.


Notes:


-This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in. PARKING PASSES: Guest must pick up the required parking passes from the onsite office at the complex upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, you may pick your parking passes up at the onsite office the following day. Colony By The Sea office is open 7 days a week during prime season from 10am until 4pm.


-The entire Colony By The Sea property is NO SMOKING. This includes the parking lots, balconies, common areas, etc.


-Max Occupancy is 4. Parties found to be exceeding the mass occupancy of this unit may be asked to vacate the premises at any time without refund.

The condo was perfect. It was very clean, updated, and well maintained. They had very comfortable furnishings as well. The condo was plenty spacious for our family of 4. In addition, the properties decks/walkways and railings were all updated and the deck to get down to the ocean was in perfect condition. The pool was clean and well maintained. The service manager at the property (Ben maybe?) was awesome and completely attentive. This was the best stay we've had so far at the Crystal Coast.

This condo is in excellent condition, and very nicely renovated. The living room and eating areas are spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are a little small, but the beds were comfy. There are plenty of plates/bowls/cups, etc., and the in-unit W/D was great to have. The complex is small, with ample covered parking. This unit is on the end furthest from the beach but was still only a very short walk. The heated pool was great, and the grills/picnic tables a nice amenity, although we didn't use them during our stay. The only real issue with the unit is the sound deadening between floors. When someone walks in the unit above, you can hear it. When someone runs or jumps at midnight, which happened a few times during our stay, it sounds like the ceiling is about to come down.
