We absolutely loved this house. I had been completely renovated right before we came so was a pleasant surprise since I had only seen the before renovation photos. The location is right across from the beach access and the neighborhood wasn't very busy with other rentals.

This was a beautiful property for our big family with plenty of living space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple work areas. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all ages. The public beach access was just across the street so we almost felt like we had our own walkway. We will definitely rent this house again. We have enjoyed two summer trips in the rental property Changes in Attitude. The house name says it all. The home, location, and amenities altogether really do change your attitude. A relaxing week in the amazing town of Emerald Isle with six families fitting comfortably. The elevator assisted a member of party with physical disabilities. This home has so much to offer for everyone. Highly Recommend.

This home had something for everyone. It was very spacious and allowed our families to stretch out. The pool, hot tub, game area with pool table, and the fantastic theater room were awesome. The elevator was a plus for our disabled family and also for taking groceries up to the top level. Ideal home for large families. Very well stocked kitchen and great beds too. Beach access was a breeze. Papa could ride his wheelchair all the way to the beach! Blue Pearl Homes have stolen our hearts. Loved working with the Bluewater Team. Very courteous and prompt service. Excellent price for such a great property. Can't wait to come back next year.

This is a good home for a large group. Our family enjoyed it very much and it made a grand HQ while we all did different things over the week.However, the media center needs some update and better explanations of how to most effectively operate.
