Carolina Conch House (formerly known as Shell Yeah!) is a gorgeous Emerald Isle beach home! This newly renovated, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home has been professionally decorated and includes great amenities perfect for your beach vacation. You will be welcomed into this home with the warmth of the modern tropical decor, lovely art, and hand-crafted furniture. Carolina Conch House offers a number of awesome amenities to make your family vacation a memorable one. This home is fun for all ages and designed with your family's enjoyment in mind. This home offers its own private oasis with an expansive outdoor private saltwater swimming pool and covered poolside den and park grill to enjoy an afternoon of fun in the sun! You will find front and back decks where you can see stunning views of the ocean and of the sound!


Ground Level: Covered Parking, Outdoor Shower, and Entry Way


Level One: On this level, you will find 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a view of the private pool with a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #2 has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean with a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 is a very spacious master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom. Each room has its own private balcony where you can enjoy great views of the ocean and the sound! The large-capacity washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level near the bedrooms.


Level Two: On this level, you will find Bedroom #4, the 2nd master bedroom equipped with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom.


Level Three: On this level, you will find an open-concept floor plan including the kitchen, living area, and dining area with expansive views of the ocean and the sound. The full gourmet kitchen has porcelain countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an island that includes additional seating for 4 - perfect for preparing family meals. Off the kitchen, there is a large deck equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy great seafood while overlooking the ocean. A half bath with a new vanity is also located near the kitchen. The dining room has seating for eight with beautiful views of the ocean and sound. In the large living area, you will find a large Smart TV with Roku Remote, BluRay Player, surround sound, and a game/poker table for some friendly competition.


Amenities: Private Pool, Charcoal Grill, Covered Deck, Linens Provided with beds made for Weekly Stays only, 2 Master Bedrooms, Wireless Internet Access, Updated Enclosed Hot/Cold Outside Shower, 5 TVs, DVD player, and Blu Ray Player. Upper deck area includes an Outdoor Stereo System. The Living Room has a Surround Sound TV/Stereo System, Large Capacity Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Open and Covered Decks. Water softening system with purified reverse osmosis drinking water at kitchen sink dispenser and on refrigerator ice - eliminating the need for bottled water and purchased ice.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly stays allowed with 3-night minimum last minute or off season only.

The house is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It had plenty of storage for all our belongings. Very short walk to the beach. Can't wait to stay here again next year!

Carolina Conch was a great size with sufficient bathrooms and entertaining space with comfortable seating, ottomans, etc. It was nicely decorated, has great views with decks on all but one bedroom. The pool area is such a nice added feature, easy close access to the beach. While this home has all technology in place, WiFi and TVs as well as indoor and outdoor sound, we felt the family room tv was a bit small for evening entertaining and movies. The kitchen is updated lots of counter space, dishes, and cookware as you would expect. One thing I would suggest is a few new pans they were a bit worn. Overall a beautiful home would recommend and will definitely look to stay again next time.

Amazing house with updated and well-stocked kitchen, and gorgeous views. We enjoyed our week here for Thanksgiving and cooked many meals. We didn't use the pool but imagine it would be great in warmer months! The couch and beds were comfortable. Reliable wifi as we worked a few days during our stay. No issues at all. Hope to return!

This home was STUNNING! Beautiful and classy decorations made us feel like we were staying at a resort. Beds were so comfortable as well. We had everything we needed to cook each night in the kitchen and the pool was kept clean as well. Outdoor shower was a hit with the men! LOVED IT!! One of the BEST family vacations we have ever had!
