Level One: Main Living Area has a 37inch LCD TV, a Covered Deck, a Dining Area and a Kitchen Area with a Dishwasher, an Ice Maker and a Microwave. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed in the same room. Bedrooms #1 and #2 share a Full-Bath.


Level Two: Second Living Area has a 27inch Color Cable TV and an Open Deck. Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has a King Bed and a 20inch Color Cable TV. Bedroom #4 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #5 has a Double Bed. One Full-Bath is on this level.


Amenities include: High Speed Wireless Internet, Open & Covered Oceanfront Decks, Rockers, Covered Parking, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with a Lavatory, 3 Color Cable TVs, a Dishwasher, an Ice Maker, a Microwave, a DVD Player, and a Washer/Dryer.

First, we were very impressed by the ease and professionalism of the whole rental process. Communication was clear and perfectly timed. The keyless entry made everything seamless.The home was nice, and surprisingly closer to the beach than it appeared in pictures. The view is incredible, we were there for 4th of July and it was awesome, fireworks visible in all directions. The house was clean and comfortable, and lots of unexpected extras such as a Weber grill, and water toys and a spare refrigerator downstairs with the washer and dryer. That was very much appreciated! The views were the best, the new decking and covered porch were very nice. The linen service is highly recommended as well.The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of dishes and utensils. Overall we loved our trip.All neighbors were quiet and respectful, everyone stayed out in front of their house and we all had space without feeling crowded, even during a holiday week. Traffic was heavy and stores were busy, but once we drove further down to the property it was fine. Lots of things nearby to do, great shops to visit. We all enjoyed this trip!
