Beaufort Coastal Cottage is a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Mainland Home located in Beaufort.


Ground Level has covered parking!


Level One has a Kitchen and Living Room with deck access and deck furniture. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with a blender, oven, slow cooker, coffee maker, toaster oven, garbage disposal, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom #1/flex room has a King Bed. Half Bathroom.


Level Two has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed and a full Bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.


Additional Amenities: 2 Flat Screen TVs, Wireless Internet, washer and dryer, community grill access, amenity center with a game room, kayak launch, day dock, outdoor pool access, community dock access and picnic table area! Garage Access - entry to garage is through the house and does not have a garage opener.


Linens and Towels Provided! (weekly stays only)


No Smoking.


Pets allowed (2 Max).


Rents weekly from Friday to Friday.


Nightly Rentals available with 2 night minimum (Year-Round).


Please Note: Boat parking is not allowed in Beau Coast. Guest will need to store their boats and trailer at Beaufort Docks (This is the closet dock to Beau Coast).

We loved the layout of the home. We had 8 adults and one baby and it was very spacious and we didn't feel like we were cramped. The neighborhood was beautiful, especially at night when the entrance trees and clubhouse are lit up. Our children enjoyed fishing off the dock at night and I especially enjoyed morning coffee and devotion time each morning at the dock. We love this place and would love to come back again.
