The location of this property just steps from the beach is excellent. Truly oceanfront. The bright, open floorplan was great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans in good condition. Our experience with rentals is that dishes are worn out or non-existent. The property is clean and well maintained. We called a few days before the end of our trip to ask if we could have a later checkout noon instead of 10am. The person who answered was friendly and professional. She checked the calendar to be sure no one was scheduled to check in that day, then called housekeeping. The answer was yes. We appreciated her taking the time to confirm with her team and was able to gives us those extra couple of hours to pack.
