Bucky and Teresa are local to our area. They grew up when going to Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach meant miles of sand dunes, lots of sun, good beach music, and a place to meet people from all over. Today, you can find all these things here but the people who used to come down for a day are now the ones who live here, or who have second homes or vacation rentals. Now, sunning on the beach has competition with the fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or surfing that keeps so many entertained while here. Whether you are looking to buy a permanent, second, or investment property they are here to help you get the most for your money. Living on the coast has its’ perks! Breathing the fresh ocean air, feeling the sunshine on your face, strolling the shore for treasures, wetting your feet in the refreshing ocean waves breaking and rolling on the shore or diving in the surf for a swim, or spending the day riding the waves they can help you find the perfect place for you!! After 20 years of owning and operating furniture stores in Carteret County and in SC, they decided to change careers and get out and work with people from all over in helping them find or sell homes in this great area. Bucky and Teresa are not just limited to the Island but also work with those on the mainland as well. They’ve been in Real Estate for 15 years and love it. Bucky is also a licensed builder and has built homes in our area since 2009. These guys have been working together since the beginning. Between the two of them, they are sure to make your buying or selling an easy transaction! Bucky is a fourth-generation Carteret County native. He enjoys fishing offshore and inshore and has participated in numerous King Mackerel Tournaments and the Big Rock. Hunting in the fall is one of his favorite pastimes, bringing him in touch with nature. Teresa, a graduate of the University of NC at Greensboro, started in Fashion Merchandising, Interior Decorating and got into Real Estate, and found her place. She loves helping others and finds it so rewarding. Recently they purchased a large farm where they spend a lot of their spare time at. Their project there is “saving the trees” and enjoying the wildlife. You’ll find this team rewarding to work with.
