Hi, My name is Julie Stancil Moore, but I also go by Julia. My passion is real estate!  I have always had exposure to the real estate industry and construction industry  with my parents.  My mother has been selling  real estate for over 30 years and my Dad has been building residential homes for over 30 years as a second generation builder.   Being around both these industries all my life, I decided that I would give it a try.  I graduated from East Carolina University School of Nursing and was a nurse for several years before I made my move into my real estate career.  I learned from the best, my mother !  We have been selling homes together since I started my career 20 years ago in 1997.

I have a home in Johnston county and I have a home in Morehead City.  I am a beach, water, boat lover!  I love Morehead City!  Our home is on the water and fishing is my other passion.  We are annual participants of the Big Rock Blue Marlin tournament and actually won third place in 2012 in the release division!  Offshore bill fishing, king mackeral , and grouper fishing are a few of my favorite hobbies, along with watching my 16 year old son Jared play baseball.   I also have a daughter Alex,  at East Carolina University majoring in business who I miss being home with me every day!

I am a full time broker and enjoy meeting new clients every day and helping them with the American Dream of buying  and selling homes!   My clients are more than a business transaction, they become life long friends too!  Call me to assist your family or friends, I look forward to meeting you  and  working for you!
