David and Julie Perry are Carteret County natives and West Carteret High School graduates who joined Bluewater after spending 20+ years as educators in the Carteret County School System. David is a 1989 graduate of NC State University and Julie graduated from ECU in 1993. They have two children, Kalen and Ryan who both attended Croatan High School and NC State University.

Through years of teaching and coaching, they pride themselves on building relationships within Carteret County, the community they grew up in and love. They bring their passion for serving others to their real estate careers by being knowledgeable, professional and honest.
