Kristen grew up in western Maryland and from a young age loved the water, especially the ocean. After graduating high school and attending college in Ohio she was quite blessed to discover the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast in 1999. She immediately took up surfing and was very involved in a local surfer’s Bible study, where she met her husband.

They have three children, Karlee, Ben, and Sam. Kristen has spent her time at home with them and also has helped her husband Joe with his construction business, Southern Outer Banks Builders. With this building and remodeling knowledge, Kristen can help her clients make informed decisions and would love to help them with the real estate process every step of the way!
