KAYAK ON THE SALTMARSH

Learn about the benefits of salt marshes while on the water. Basic kayak instruction and safety lessons onshore are followed by a relaxing paddle through a salt marsh. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants must know how to swim; some kayak experience is recommended. $30 ($20 with own kayak). Pre-Registration is required by 2 p.m. day prior. Interested in a historical diving adventure? Dive Educators is heading to Morehead City, NC to dive into The Graveyard of the Atlantic with Olympus Dive Center. The Graveyard of the Atlantic gets its name from the estimated 2000 shipwrecks scattered along the North Carolina coastline.
