Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, a picnic area, and courtyard grills. Coin-operated washer/dryers are located in the clubhouse by the A Building. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Sorry, no elevator in B Building.
