Aquatic Technician Responsibilities and Duties

As an Aquatic Technician I, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Identifying possible safety issues with pools and spas
  • Testing swimming pool and spa chemicals
  • Setting up vacuums for swimming pools
  • Assisting with pool and spa installations
  • Completing assigned maintenance work in a timely and competent manner
  • Utilizing excellent customer service skills with tenants, guests, and homeowners.
  • Providing detailed information on work orders including problems, time on the job, and status of repairs

The ideal candidate –

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Provide an insured vehicle
  • Basic handyman skills
  • Must provide basic tools
  • Have strong customer service skills
  • Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Have a willingness to train on basics of Property Plus computer application

You will be expected to complete the Pool/Spa Operator Course

Welcome Desk Agent | Full-Time with Benefits

We are looking for a Welcome Desk Agent for each of our office locations: Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach.

As a Welcome Desk Agent (Main Lobby) duties will include helping guests and homeowners with all aspects of customer service at the front lobby welcome desk. Handle all guest and homeowner concerns, and direct issues to the appropriate departments. Prepare all Arrival/Departure reports and prepare guest key packets accordingly. Organize and continuously maintain all guest key packets to ensure that all relevant items are in packets. Provide Concierge support to all guests by assisting with all golf packages, visitor information, internet service, etc. Respond to all guest emails delivered to the general delivery mailbox posted on the website (rentals/info emails). Organize and maintain all guest information materials in the lobby and welcome desk area. Provide support to the Reservation Manager on Special Projects.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience is a must.
  • Computer skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. 
  • Knowledge of the local area and visitor attractions.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
