Real Estate Market Report August 2022
Our real estate market report for August 2022 reveals that the average number of days on the market for the past few months was consistently low, between 24-39 days. According to NAR pending homes sales slid 1% in June of 2022. However, June 2022 here in Carteret County proved to have the highest newest listings and most units sold. With only 14 days into September, we see an average of 29 days on market, 47 units sold, and only 79 new listings available.
