Eleanor Copeland – Eleanor has been in sales all of her adult life and a top-producing Real Estate agent since 1995. She has diligently furthered her real estate education, earning degrees as a graduate of the Realtors Institute, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Recreation Resort Specialist, and is a Certified Residential Specialist.

Pat Copeland –  Pat is a captivating young man with a “can do” attitude, was born in Carteret County, and has lived here his whole life. There is no place finer in his opinion. In the hotel management business for ten years prior to his real estate career, he is an accomplished problem-solver who will make your real estate transaction smooth and easy. He knows the county and its waterways intimately. Pat is a multi-million dollar producer with a passion for boating and giving his clients stellar service.

Anne Holloway – Anne is a passionate and joyful agent who grew up in Carteret County. Starting in the vacation rental industry at 19 years old, she has an expansive knowledge of the ins and outs of managing investment homes. Obtaining her real estate license in 2014 allowed her the opportunity to work with homeowners of various types of homes to ensure their income goals were met. While Anne is a fun-loving energetic gal, growing up in a military family taught her the importance of discipline and follow-through. Anne enjoys the madness that is motherhood and spends her time out of the office with her two young boys.

Allison Bernauer  – Allison has been part of the Bluewater Real Estate family for the past 10 years going from Office Manager to Property Manager and we always know when she’s in the building with her boisterous and sparkling personality! She is a very active and connected community volunteer with Carteret County Schools serving as chair on Beaufort Middle Advisory, cheerleading coach, and she is also chair of Staff Parish at Ann Street United Methodist Church.

Jim Bailey – Jim grew up in Raleigh and attended Woodberry Forest School. He then went on to graduate from Duke University. He has been involved as both the developer and owner of Commercial & Residential Real Estate for more than 30 Years. Jim Bailey is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Morehead City, having served as both an Elder and Deacon. He also serves on the Boards of a number of local charities including the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament, The Barta Boys and Girls Club, Billfish Tournament and the Big Rock Foundation. He also served two terms on the Atlantic Town Board. Governor McCrory recently appointed him to the NC Aviation Development Advisory Committee. He is an active pilot as well as a boater.

Patty Selby – Born and raised in Beaufort County, on the Pamlico River, swimming, boating, and fishing was a way of life, and vacationing on the Crystal Coast was a multi-yearly pleasure. Patty began her career as a Broker/Realtor in 1990, gradually increasing her knowledge to incorporate the financial requirements of the real estate industry, working for a nationwide financial institution and two local community banks. She also assisted a hometown real estate closing attorney with closings and property research, an experience that completed the real estate listing and sales triangle. She expanded her education to include becoming a Licensed General Contractor in 2007 and received her Broker in Charge designation in 2009.
