We are continuing to monitor Hurricane Isaias Message from Bluewater UPDATE #2  8.1.2020

PLEASE NOTE: At this time there are no mandatory evacuations in place for our area.

What does this mean? You and your vacationing party are still able to vacation and begin check-in as normal.. Our offices will be open and operating on a normal schedule from 8:30AM TO 5:00PM.

The latest NOAA update from 8:00AM on Saturday, August 1, 2020 shows Isaias being a tropical storm when it reaches our area, which is now projected to impact the Crystal Coast late Monday evening through mid-day Tuesday. At this point, we are not planning to prep properties and there is currently no mandatory evacuation required by the local towns.

Can I check-in this weekend? Yes, we look forward to inviting you to the Crystal Coast. Please refer to your check-in emails you received in the last week with your check-in details. Check-in will not begin until 3pm for most properties. Your check-in time is stated on your check-in emails and your vacation rental agreement. NOAA is projecting up to 70 mph sustained winds for our area. We could possibly ask our guests to pull in any items that could blow around, as the storm approaches.

Will Travel Insurance Cover my stay? No. Travel Insurance will not cover any days lost due to Isaias without the mandatory evacuation.

We will closely monitor the storm and keep our guests and owners up-to-date on any changes.

Due to high call volume, we strongly encourage you to contact our staff by email at or by text message at (252) 429-5447. We advise you to monitor the same information as we are following issued by NOAA and our local towns.
