Planning a wedding is time consuming and even though many brides want to handle it themselves, they find very early on that it is overwhelming, and unnecessarily stressful. Our wedding coordinator will work with you from the beginning or will be glad to pick up where you left off. Bluewater Weddings and Events are devoted to carrying out your dream wedding. We offer a variety of packages to choose from as well as a la carte items you may select better suit your needs.

Bluewater Diamond Package

The Diamond Package offers you complete peace of mind while planning your event. Our Event Director will assist you with every detail of your special day.

• “Full Planning Package”
• Unlimited Consultations
• Certified Wedding Planner on site at all times during Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception.
• Site viewing prior to event if needed
• Vendor Referrals, Vendor Management, Recommendations, Meeting with Vendors, Setting up appointments, Reviewing Contracts, Overseeing Vendor Presence on Wedding Day
• Liaison between vendors and Bride and Groom
• Includes Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception Direction.
• Organize ushers, wedding party and guests for Wedding processional and recessional
• Assist with timing of music for your Ceremony and Reception
• Event Setup, Decoration and Cleanup
• Assist photographer and DJ with duties, to include gathering family for photos, and coordinating events, dances, toasts, cake cutting at wedding and reception.
• Corsage and boutonnière pin on service, transport any flowers if necessary
• Cake cutting service
• Wedding Emergency kit with essential items
• Pack up any items for bride and groom, gifts, cake, cards etc, at end of event.
• Assist with Guest Services, Accommodations, Rehearsal Dinner locations
• Discounts for Guests at the Islander Suites

Bluewater Sapphire Package

The Sapphire Package offers you the help you need while planning your event Our Event Director will handle planning the last minute details and be there with you every step throughout your most memorable day.

• “Day of Services and Beyond”
• Three consultations in person prior to event, unlimited phone and email consultations leading up to event.
• Certified Wedding Coordinator on site through Rehearsal, Wedding and Reception.
• Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception Direction and Planning
• Establish Floor plan and Timeline for Vendors. Vendor management on wedding day, vendor referrals.
• Corsage and boutonnière pin on service, all flowers in place, place cards, favors, programs and all other essential items.
• Assist with Planning and Coordination 30-60 days out from Event
• Planning and establishing Floor plan and Timeline and itinerary for Vendors. Distribution of materials to vendors. Ensure entire day runs smoothly and in a timely fashion.
• Assist with placement of wedding favors, guest book, unity candle, sand ceremony, programs, seating arrangements, and all other essential items.
• Vendor Referrals, Meeting with Vendors
• Wedding Emergency Kit included
• Discounts for Guests at the Islander Suites
