Every bride has her own vision of what she wants for her wedding. She has dreamed of this day forever and has very specific ideals. For this very special time in her life it is quite all right to seek nothing but the best.

When trying to decide on the style or theme of the wedding she has to begin to factor into the equation personal interest, personalities, heritage, beliefs, culture, etc. Such decisions as whether the wedding will be a traditional, modern, charming, intimate, or a bold and daring one have to be made.

Planning a wedding is time consuming and even though many brides want to handle it themselves, they find very early on that it is overwhelming, and unnecessarily stressful. Our wedding coordinator will work with you from the beginning or will be glad to pick up where you left off. Bluewater Weddings and Events is devoted to carrying out your dream wedding.

Diamond Package – Full Planning Package

With The Diamond Package, your event will be personally overseen from start to finish by our Certified Wedding Coordinator, including rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We will host unlimited consultations and be available for unlimited phone and e-mail communication throughout the planning process. We will help you view venue sites, assist with establishing theme, color and budget. Vendor referral, selection, appointments, contract review and day-of management are also included. Your Coordinator will be on-site for unlimited time on the day of your event to ensure that your day is absolutely perfect!

Sapphire Package- Partial Planning Package

When you choose The Sapphire Package, your event will be carefully managed by our on-site Certified Wedding Coordinator. We will host three consultations and be available for weekly phone and e-mail communication throughout the planning process. We help you with vendor referral and contract review. We will create a floor plan, itinerary and be onsite for a total of 6 hours during your event. We will assist with planning and direction of your rehearsal, ceremony, timeline and reception.
*Includes all Emerald and Ruby Package Services.

Emerald Package- Day of Planning Package

When you choose The Emerald Package, your event will be personally directed by our on-site Certified Wedding Coordinator. We will be available for bi-weekly phone and e-mail communication throughout the planning process. We will help you with vendor referral, creating a floor plan and itinerary. Your coordinator will be onsite for a total of 4 hours during your event to assist with planning and direction of your rehearsal, ceremony, timeline and reception.

Ruby Package- Virtual Planner Package

With the Ruby Package, we will help plan from afar. We will put together vendor recommendations, a “day of” timeline for you to follow and a floor plan for your reception. Basically, we will do the behind the scenes work and let you execute the event on your own!
