While at the Beach Photo ContestWe are excited to present our 5th Annual Photo Contest! Bluewater Vacation Rentals invites you to share your vacation photos on the Crystal Coast with us for a chance to win $200 off your next vacation with Bluewater and have the opportunity to have your photos in our future marketing material! We will be accepting photo submissions starting May 1st 2012 until October 31st 2012. Voting will be held on Facebook between Monday, November 7th until Wednesday, November 30th. All submitted photos will be added to our Facebook page photo albums, separated into their prospective categories. Voting for photos will be based solely on “Likes” alone, per category. Make sure you “Share” your favorite photos with friends! The Top 10 photos from each category with the most votes will move to the final round of judging. A team of judges from Bluewater will choose the one winning photo for each category. Photo Contest Categories:

Entry GuidelinesBy uploading your photos, you grant Bluewater Vacation Rentals permission to use your photo submission(s) for use in any of its marketing, advertising or promotional materials, without payment or any other consideration. Please upload your photos in a high-resolution JPG format. Other file formats such as PDF, TIF, BMP, etc. cannot be accepted. Bluewater Vacation Rentals may decide to use your photograph(s) in promotional publications, so please upload the highest resolution of your image as possible. Sorry, not all photos taken from a cell phone or PDA are sufficient photo quality. All entries subject to final review by Bluewater staff before being accepted for contest entry. Photos including recognizable faces must be of immediate family members. If you have photos you would like to enter in the contest that contain recognizable faces of anyone not in your immediate family, you must provide a signed Model Release Agreement to Bluewater Vacation Rentals. While at the Beach Photo Entry FormAdditional RulesPhotos that won in previous years will not qualify for the judging round. Only one winner will be chosen per category. You are allowed to submit an individual photo under one category. If an individual photo is submitted under multiple categories, the photo will be included under one category chosen by Bluewater. Please choose only one category for each photo. The top 10 photos for each category will be voted solely on “Likes” alone and will not be judged on shares or comments. Organized personal contest using prizes that are used to promote “Likes” for individual photos in the While At the Beach Photo Contest will result in the photo be disqualified from winning. This includes any contest posted on Bluewater’s Facebook page and your personal/professional Facebook pages. All entries subject to final review by Bluewater staff before being accepted for contest entry.
