"I was planning on a May wedding at an oceanfront beach house for about 85 people and really didn’t think it was necessary to hire a wedding planner – it was going to be classy but casual. I thought we could take care of the details ourselves and save that money for something else. My mother thought we really needed someone to help us so I gave in and we hired Chelsea from Bluewater. She gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from caterers to cakes to where to get our nails done. We used all her suggestions. For months I emailed several times a week and she always responded quickly. On the big day she and Katy showed up at noon and guided us through the wedding at 5:30 on the beach and through the reception until after 11:00. They handled every little problem that came up and even kept the rain away until late. We started with a great wedding planner and ended up with a friend. “You all were tremendous in providing quick response times to two issues that came up during our stay. Early in the week, we had problem with the power in the house and someone came right out to fix it. Secondly, when we went to use the grill, it was rusted and wouldn't heat up properly....when I called the maintenance team, they said they would find a solution for our dinner that night and not more than an hour later we had someone at our door with a brand new grill. That left quite an impression on the guests in the home - that you all would find a solution so quickly.” “I called the maintenance line during the week and just as last year, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The items were addressed promptly and I appreciate how easy they make that for the renters!” “Andie went above and beyond.
