Dream Maker is a 7-bedroom, 7-full bath and 2.5 bath Oceanfront Home in a great area of the beach-strickly residential-Very Private. This magnificent home was built to make the vacationer experience perfect! No expense has been spared to ensure that you and your family are relaxed & pampered! Private Oceanfront Pool (may be heated for an additional $550.00/week) & Hot Tub (see Item #19 below) are surrounded by a huge Deck & Pool House with bar, sink, refrigerator & half bath. Professionally landscaped yard has large grassy areas for children to play. Ground Level Game Room and Elevator add to the amenities!

Dream Maker is one of our Wedding and Event Friendly homes! Huge Game Room with Pool Table and 42" Color Cable TV. Full Kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator & icemaker. French doors lead directly out to the Pool Area. Easy access to Elevator, with doors an appropriate width for wheelchair-access. Home Theater System with a 108" Screen to enjoy your favorite movies.

Level One: Huge open Living Area with ample seating, gas log fireplace, wet bar & icemaker. 12' Dining Table seats 12 and extra bar seating for 4 in the Kitchen Area, plus 4 extra seating at the game table. Full Kitchen with custom cabinets, 2 dishwashers, convection oven, conventional oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Granite counter tops in Kitchen and wet bar! French doors lead from Living Area to Deck and Pool Area. Covered Porch with comfortable weather wicker sof and chairs. Front porch has rocking chairs! Bedroom #5 is Oceanfront with a King bed, private bath & French doors to Porch that overlooks the Pool. Den/Game Room between bedrooms 4 and 5 has a Sony Playstation II, Nintendo Wii, 27" Color Cable TV and sofa. Bedroom #6 is streetside with Twin Bunk Set, Double Twin Bunk Set; perfect for 5 children and has a private bath & views of Bogue Sound from the private deck. Bedroom #7 is streetside with Queen bed, private bath & private deck with Sound views.

Bring your boat! Homer's Point Marina is conveniently located on the Bogue Sound. They provide boat slip rentals for $25 nightly or $125 per week. If you'd like to bring you own boat, call Mike Fiorina, directly, at 252-247-3676.

If you need just a little extra room, you can rent CoquinaCottage, which has 3 Bedroom house located directly beside Dream Maker. Perfect if rented together for Large Family Gatherings. Fence between yards has gate for easy access to both homes.

#19. POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS
POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian's responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges.
HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time.
It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool &/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool &/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool &/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323.
Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool &/or Hot Tub.
