The grassy area behind the Breaker's building has an in-ground grill. The sheltered pool area is fenced in and great on windy days.

The Kitchen is fully stocked and also has a Microwave, Dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster oven. Brightly-colored Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a Full-Bath and an Oceanfront Deck!! Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and a Work/Study Area. One Full-Bath in Hall. The laundry room offers a washer and dryer.
