Ground level spacious conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a wonderful beach getaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.


C-228 is an Oceanfront, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo on the 2nd floor. This condo boasts a marble floor throughout the entire condo. Living Area is tastefully decorated and offers a relaxing and comfortable area with a 70in TV. There is a covered deck facing the ocean. Step out and view the ocean and feel the warm calming breeze on your face. The dining area boasts a nice snack bar while providing ample seating for a sit down dinner. Fully equipped kitchen/bar area with mahogany cabinets, dishwasher, & microwave. Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, TV & bath. Bedroom #2 with Twin Bunk and Queen Bed and flat screen TV. Bath. 3 TVs, CD Player w/Stereo. Deck with Furniture. Washer/Dryer.

No Pets. No Smoking.


Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (off-season only).

We had a wonderful time while vacationing at Summer Winds 228. The condo was clean, very nicely decorated, and it had everything we needed for cooking delicious meals. The view was amazing and we could clearly hear the waves coming ashore. Everyone employed at the property was kind, helpful and friendly. I've seen some posts stating that the security guards were confrontational and rude. That was not our experience at all. They were great! Can't wait to return next year and spend another week at #228.

We began searching for a rental in Emerald Isle, but not finding exactly what we needed, I started looking at Indian Beach rentals. This condo couldn't have worked out better! Unit 228 was clean, roomy enough for our family, tastefully decorated and conveniently located within the building (a couple doors from the elevator, beautiful balcony view, no noisy neighbors or pool parties). The oceanfront location was wonderful, and we appreciated the elevator. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the care & dedication paid to upkeep of Summer Winds in general was very evident. Most of the gate staff were very friendly & welcoming, and parking was never an issue for us. Way to go! We'd definitely consider staying here again.

The location was great! We could hear the waves at night, it was easy to get in the building and to get our items up and down the elevator. Shops and restaurants were nearby and the aquarium was fun and educational. The beach and the condo building was clean.

This condo was very clean and nicely decorated with a great ocean view. It was very comfortable for a family of three. Great for a spring break getaway. The weather this week was not very good and the indoor pool with arcade gave our 11 year old more to do. The location was great because it was close to the aquarium and not far to Fort Macon. Overall we had a great week.
