The Luck of the Irish doesn't have to be with you in order to stay at this 8 Bedroom, Oceanfront House! Nope, you just need the Luck of Emerald Isle to stay at Shamrock! The private Hot Tub and 12 X 28 Pool (see item #19 below), which can be heated for an additional $625, both offer excellent ways to relax! Shamrock features a Game Room with Pool Table, and a TV Room with a Wide Screen 70" Television, so there are multiple ways to enjoy your vacation even if passing rain showers interrupt your time in the Carolina sun! This house also has an Elevator and High-Speed Wireless Internet for its guests to use!


Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has 2 Twin Bunk Sets with TV, Cable, and Roku TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, etc. It is on the Oceanside of the house. Bedroom #2 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and a Bunk Set with a TV and DVD Player. This Bedroom faces the street. The TV Room and Game Room are both on the Ground Level.


Level 1: Bedrooms #3, #4, and #5 are all on the Oceanfront and have King Beds. Bedroom #6 faces the street and has a Queen Bed.


Level 2: Bedroom #7 has a King Bed. This Bedroom is on the Oceanfront of the house. Bedroom #8 has a Queen Bed. It faces the street.


Additional Amenities Include: a Private Pool, a Hot Tub, an Elevator (to all levels), 11 Color Smart TVs, 1 DVD Player, 2 4K Blu-Ray Players, Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, a Microwave, a Wet Bar, a Gas Log Fireplace (Only Available for Use from October 31st-May1st), a Game Room, a Pool Table, a Media Room, Open and Covered Decks with Furniture, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill, and Charcoal Grill.


Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, last minute or off-season only. Pool may be Heated for $625/week. ----------------------------------------------------------- #19. POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian¡s responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges. HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time. It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool &/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool &/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool &/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool &/or Hot Tub.

This home was spacious, very clean, lots of light, good views of ocean from almost every room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Loved the media room, the whole house surround sound for radio music to include speakers outside, the pool, and hot tub. Easy path onto beach. Plan on renting this home again.

The Shamrock offers OCEAN views from nearly every room that can't be beat; big spacious areas (in case you do need a little privacy), and amenities(pool table, media room, pool, hot tub, etc...)that can't be beat. The location is also great and central to stores, etc.. It's also located on a great stretch of the beach and the walkout to the beach from the house made it feel like that area of the beach was reserved for you. This house was a wonderful first time rental home for my family on the Crsytal Coast and we are already planning our next stay.
