Amenities include: Central Air and Heat, a Shared Exterior Washer/Dryer, a Microwave, an Outdoor Shower, Open & Covered Decks with 4 Rocking Chairs, Beach Chairs, a Park-Style Charcoal Grill, a Color Cable TV, and a DVD Player.

Please Note: Oceanfront properties (with the exception of condominiums) cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1, 2010 in an attempt to obtain weekly bookings. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1. All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1, 2011 unless noted otherwise.
