Admiral's Watch is a 7 Bedroom, 7 Bath Home that sits on one of the highest dunes with natural vegetation and amazing view of the beach. On a clear day, the view from the gazebo encompasses the crescent of island beaches from "the point" to beyond Salter Path….hence , the name Admiral's Watch. Although the home is located in a strictly residential area, it is just a short walk or bike ride to Bogue Pier and to area shops and restaurants.

Ground Level: Recreation room with pool table, laundry room with washer/dryer, outdoor ping pong table and concrete patio with three picnic tables and a gas grill. The beach storage room includes beach and pool equipment for guest's use.

Level One: 3 master bedrooms with King beds. One master bath with a whirlpool tub and another has an oversized shower. Two other bedrooms share a bath and separate hallway. One has two Twin beds and the other has two bunk beds (1 twin/twin and 1 double/twin). The expansive living room has two Queen Futons, a gas log fireplace, a business area with printer/FAX and a centrally controlled sound system. The dining area has an oversized table that seats 10 informally. Additional inside seating for 8 is available at the two coffee tables with stools underneath. Outside seating is available at the tables on the two covered porches and the uncovered deck. The fully equipped Kitchen has ample counter space, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, toaster (2), toaster oven, coffee pots, etc. The corning square next to the stove is a stage for hot items. A laundry room with washer/dryer is on this level. Level one is accessible by ramps from the ground level, pool level and gazebo.

Pool Level: Private free-form pool (may be heated for $550.00/week) and hot tub are on this level along with a pool house with Kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee urn). The pool house has a bathroom and separate shower inside. There is also an outside hot and cold shower on the pool deck, near the hot tub. The pool house porch has a wet bar with granite countertop.

Level Two: 2 master bedrooms with King beds. One master bath has a whirlpool tub and the other has an oversized shower. There is a second full kitchen on this level with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, etc. There is a bar with granite countertop and special features include a Margaritaville machine and a unique double paddle ceiling fan with a parrot on a swing suspended from the high ceiling. The sound system can also be controlled from this level and includes outside speakers on the deck. Glass and mirrored shelves and a 50 inch HD flat screen TV complete the atmosphere in this special room.

Additional Amenities include: 8 HD flat screen TVs (2 - 50'' and 6 - 37''), 4 DVD players, central sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers and iPod port, High Speed Wireless Internet, free domestic and international long distance, printer/FAX, answering machine, 2 washer/dryer, 3 microwaves, 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, outdoor hot and cold shower, gas grill, covered and uncovered decks, concrete patio, private pool, pool house, gazebo, recreation room with pool table, outdoor ping pong table, dishes, glassware and flatware for events. Storage Closet that includes beach toys and wave boards.

#19. POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS
POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian's responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges.
HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time.
It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool &/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool &/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool &/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323.
Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool &/or Hot Tub.
