Ground Level: Bonus Room with sectional sofa, entertainment center, and table which seats 4. Separate Den with dresser. Full-Bath. Enclosed Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a private Bath with a Jacuzzi Tub and doors that lead to the Covered Deck. Bedroom #2 has 1 Twin Bed, 1 Twin Bed with a Trundle and doors that open onto the Covered Deck. Bedroom #3 has a Twin with Trundle and 1 Twin and doors that open onto the covered deck. There is a Bath on this level which connects to the Hallway and to Bedroom #3.

Level Two: Dining Area has table that seats 8 and an Island that seats 3. Living Area features a high-top table with 2 chairs, couch, plush-side chairs, a fireplace, and doors that open to Covered and Uncovered Decks. Kitchen Area has a Dishwasher and a Microwave. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. Full-Bath connects Bedroom #4 and the Hallway.
