Ground Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed.

There are two entrances to the Ground Floor from outside but none connect directly to the main level of the house.

Level One: The spacious Main Living area has direct access to the uncovered deck right from the living room. Enjoy your evenings by taking in the coastal views and sounds while relaxing outside on your private deck. Dining area seats 6, with a second table seating 4-ideal for overflow diners or family game time! Sofa sleeper that can be converted into a queen bed. Living Area includes 3 Color Cable TVs, 2 DVD Players, stereo/cd player and a Wet Bar. The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster-oven, blender, and dishwasher in addition to the major appliances.

Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, a Private Bath, and access to the Oceanview Deck.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed & a Twin Bed with access to the Oceanview Deck. A Full-Bath connects Bedroom #3 and the Laundry Room.
