Jaime was born and raised on the Crystal Coast, she is a dedicated real estate professional with over 6 years of experience in the sales market. Prior to launching her Real Estate career she worked in the dental field where she spent over 13 years in sales .

The pristine beaches and quality of life here in Carteret County is what convinced Kathy and her family to relocate from the Jersey Shore to the Crystal Coast in 1987. Kathy graduated as Valedictorian from Ann May School of Nursing and also Monmouth University. She was very involved in the buying and selling of real estate since 1979 while assisting her husband in his career as a successful contractor. She decided to begin her own career in real estate in 1995 and has been a multi million dollar producer many times. She has three children, all married and living locally and 5 beautiful grandchildren.
Her oldest son, Joe, is a licensed contractor and has his own company... SOBX Builders. Her daughter, Melissa graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and works for Am-Wins Insurance. Her youngest son, Kevin, graduated from ECU in construction management and works as a construction manager on the local military bases.
Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, kayaking, boating to Shack and Cape Lookout. She is also involved with Kayak for the Warriors, an annual fundraiser for Hope for the Warriors.

Sharon grew up in Southwestern Virginia but has spent most of her adult life in North Carolina. A state she has come to love and proudly calls home.
She began her real estate career in 1973 while working in Panama city, Florida. After a year and a half, Sharon returned home to North Carolina, where she began a career in Property Management. She worked for large companies and property developers in Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh. Later she formed her own Property Management & Counseling Company located in Durham.
Sharon has managed teams in new construction and renovations from interior & exterior appointments to visual aides in marketing and leasing. She gave motivational and sales speeches for management companies and other businesses. Sharon taught economics at the McKimmons Center in Raleigh as part of the program for candidates seeking Certified Apartment Managers designation. She received her Property Management Certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago, Illinois.
After retiring to the Crystal Coast in 1989, Sharon opted to open a retail store on the Atlantic Beach Causeway in 1996. She owned and operated her highly successful home decor retail store, Somethin' Fishy for nine years. Retiring for the second time, Sharon found herself wanting to return to her first career choice in Real Estate.
