Originally form the Jersey Shore, Kathy and her husband Len relocated with their three children to Pine Knoll Shores in 1987 because of the pristine beaches and all the natural resources the area offered. Her husband was a successful builder/contractor of this locally owned business. He worked for over 22 years as a contractor in the area and during that time Kathy gained years of valuable experience finding great knowledge of local real estate to good use and became a licensed Realtor in Carteret County. She decided to further her education and in 1999 she obtained her Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) and obtained her Real Estate Broker license in 2001. She has been a multi-million dollar producer many times during the past fifteen years. The majority of their business is from direct referrals or repeat customers. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Kathy graduated from Manasquan High School, received her degree from Monmouth University and went on to graduate as Valedictorian of Ann May School of Nursing.
