My husband, John and I discovered the Crystal Coast while visiting his parents who had just retired here from Virginia. It was love at first sight. . My family is just south of here near Wrightsville Beach, where we both grew up. John spent twenty years in the United States Navy, circling the oceans. It is only natural that our love affair with the coast has drawn us here to enjoy the pristine beauty of the beaches in Carteret County. We have been residents since 1991.
The move to Carteret County has been a great move for us as well as our children, grandchildren and the rest of our family. Now that twin grandsons, Stuart and Adam, have their driver license, it seems they have taken up residence here during all their free time and we just love it! Our children and other five grandchildren, Michelle, Tyler, Casey, Samantha and Wesley love to come and visit to enjoy all the amenities John and I love about the Crystal Coast, always saying our beaches are the greatest ever, though home for them all is near the ocean. We have a monopoly on beautiful beaches on the Outer Banks.
After relocating to the Crystal Coast and continuing my profession as a Barber-Stylist, I sought a new challenge and greater involvement with the warm and friendly people that Carteret County is so well known for. I attended Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville for a three month extensive real estate course and became a real estate agent.
Satisfaction from years as an executive secretary and then years as a barber-stylist cannot hold a candle to the rewards from serving my many customers and clients in real estate.
Many of these wonderful people have become friends and adopted family. My rewards from this business just keep growing.
Since 1992 I have been selling and listing the Crystal Coast and surrounding area. My profession in real estate has been most rewarding and I take the responsibilities that come with it very serious. Wonderful people for all over the country and elsewhere who have become satisfied clients and customers have contributed to my achieving many million dollar and multi-million dollar awards for annual production.
A variety of specialized courses, training and on-going education at many different levels help me deliver the highest quality service to my customers and clients. A sample of my training includes courses in residential finance, working with transferees, real estate law, marketing strategies, tax-free exchange, yearly continuing education and a year-long extensive and comprehensive training program in the development of real estate salesmanship.
