Bluewater Real Estate & Vacation Rentals proudly manages over 350 annual rental properties in our Southern Outer Banks area of Bogue Banks including: Emerald Isle, Salter Path, Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, Beaufort, Swansboro, Cape Carteret, Cedar Point, Peletier, Hubert, Bogue, Newport and Stella! The rental rates in our area are very low compared to many areas throughout the United States. Annual rental rates range from $575 to $2,200 per month. Annual rentals are usually unfurnished and utilities are usually not included. Occasionally we do have flexible Annual rental properties that will rent for less than one year.

If you have a furry family member – no worries! We know they are a big part of the family, therefore several of our rentals allow pets.

Most of our rental homes are within 20 miles of Camp Lejeune, New River Air Station or Cherry Point Marine Bases. Finding your dream home with the experience of beach life, has never been easier.
