Addendum to Vacation Rental Agreement

The following items are part of the Vacation Rental Agreement and are binding:

• Tenant is responsible for trash pickup retrieval of trash cans at the street. (See attached trash notice).
• Agent will conduct periodic inspections of the property. Tenant will be notified of the inspection dates.
• Tenant agrees to take all precautions to prevent pipes from freezing.
• Tenant will not change or replace locks. If keys are lost or locked inside property during normal working hours, Bluewater will charge $25 for opening. If after hours, tenant has permission to call a locksmith at tenants’ expense.

Carpet Cleaning

• ________Guest accepts carpets “as is” but may still be required to have carpets professionally cleaned (if damage is deemed above normal wear and tear by Agent) at termination of lease and/or final inspection of property

Pets (Guest to initial if applicable):

• ________(Tenant to initial if pets are allowed. Pet fees apply.). If a pet is allowed, tenant may be required to have property professionally exterminated. This will include extermination specifically for fleas and ticks. This must be done at termination of lease and/or final inspection of property. Tenant must supply Agent with proof that extermination has been completed at departure.

Tenant will reimburse homeowner for the cost of electric after the first $ ___ . Gas is paid 100% by customer upon usage if applicable.
